These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of the Agrobooks QR Trace website and services at agrobooks.in ("Platform", "we", "us"). By registering, logging in, or using the Platform, you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be a legally registered business entity (or authorized representative) in the agriculture or allied sector. You must provide accurate company, GST, and contact details during registration.

2. Account registration

Accounts require admin approval. We may reject or suspend accounts that provide false information, violate applicable law, or misuse the Platform.

3. Subscription services

QR generation limits, validity periods, and fees are defined in your selected subscription plan. Services are activated after payment verification by our admin team unless online payment is enabled. Agrobooks provides digital software access only — no physical products are sold or delivered.

4. User content responsibility

You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and completeness of data entered into QR records—including seed lot details, MRP, expiry dates, pesticide registration numbers, and agronomic recommendations. Agrobooks provides the technology platform only and does not verify regulatory compliance of your product labels.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the Platform to publish false or misleading label information, display counterfeit or unregistered product data, upload malware, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or overload the Platform, violate Indian law, or infringe third-party rights. Violations may result in suspension.

6. Intellectual property

The Platform software, branding, and design remain our property. You retain ownership of your uploaded business data and grant us a limited license to host and display it on public scan pages linked to your QR codes.

7. Service availability

We strive for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance windows may apply. Public QR scan pages may remain available during portal maintenance as described on our maintenance settings page.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Agrobooks is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform, including farmer reliance on user-submitted QR content.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these terms. You may request account cancellation through the dashboard or by contacting support.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at your registered business jurisdiction in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
