Payment & Subscription Terms

These Payment & Subscription Terms apply to all paid plans on Agrobooks QR Trace, a digital subscription service for agriculture companies in India.

Payment methods

We accept UPI, bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS), and online payment via Razorpay (when enabled). Payment details are shown on the subscription checkout page.

GST and invoicing

Applicable GST is charged as per Indian tax law. GST-compliant invoices are provided with valid GSTIN details on file.

Subscription activation

Plans are activated after payment verification by admin unless instant online payment confirmation is configured. Digital access is granted immediately upon activation.

Upgrades, renewals, and add-ons

Plan upgrades, renewals, and additional capacity purchases are billed as shown at checkout. Prorated upgrade amounts are calculated server-side for the remaining subscription period.

Failed or disputed payments

Subscriptions remain inactive until payment is confirmed. Chargebacks or fraudulent payment claims may result in account suspension pending investigation.

Price changes

Plan prices may be updated. Existing active subscriptions are honored until expiry at the purchased rate.

No physical delivery

Agrobooks does not ship physical products. All services are delivered digitally through your account.
