Account
How do I create an account?
Visit our website and click Register. Fill in your company details, verify your mobile number with OTP, complete your GST profile, and submit. Our admin team will review and approve your account.
How long does account approval take?
Typically 1–2 business days after registration.
I forgot my password. What should I do?
On the login page, click Forgot password? Use email recovery or mobile OTP recovery.
Subscription
How do I purchase a subscription?
After your company account is approved, sign in and open the Subscription area in your dashboard. Plan options and fees are shown only to registered company users.
Can I upgrade, renew, or buy additional items?
Yes. Subscribed companies can upgrade, renew, or purchase additional capacity from the authenticated dashboard.
What happens when my subscription expires?
You cannot create new QR codes until you renew. Existing scan pages may continue to work.
QR Codes
Is AgroBooks a third-party QR code service?
No. AgroBooks QR Trace is your company's agriculture QR code generator and traceability platform. You own and control QR codes, product pages, leaflets, and traceability records—unlike generic third-party QR providers.
Do users need an app to scan?
No. A standard mobile camera opens multilingual product information and digital leaflets in the browser.
Payments
Which payment methods are accepted?
UPI, bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS), and Razorpay online payment (if enabled).
Is online payment secure?
Yes. Razorpay uses encrypted, PCI-compliant processing. We do not store card or UPI PIN details.
