Refund & Cancellation Policy

Agrobooks QR Trace is a digital subscription SaaS platform. We do not sell, ship, or deliver physical goods. This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all subscription payments on agrobooks.in.

Digital service delivery

Access is provided digitally through your company dashboard after subscription activation. There are no physical items to return or ship.

Refund policy

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a plan is activated and QR services have been used, except where required by applicable consumer protection law or at our discretion for billing errors or duplicate payments.

Eligible refund scenarios

  • Duplicate payment for the same subscription period
  • Payment charged but subscription not activated due to our system error
  • Refund mandated by applicable law

Non-refundable scenarios

  • Change of mind after plan activation
  • Partial use of subscription quota (QR records already created)
  • Account suspension or termination due to terms violation

How to request a refund

Email support@agrobooks.in within 7 days of payment with transaction reference, company name, and reason. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

Subscription cancellation

You may request cancellation of pending orders or future renewals through the dashboard or by emailing support@agrobooks.in. Active plans remain valid until the expiry date shown in your dashboard. Cancellation stops future renewal and does not automatically refund the current period unless covered above.

Account deletion

Account deletion requests are reviewed by admin. Public QR pages for previously published codes may remain accessible until you remove individual records, subject to your regulatory traceability obligations.

Processing time

Cancellation requests are typically processed within 3–5 business days.
